MPEG-4 (.mp4)

MPEG-4 是 International Standards Organization (ISO) 規格，涵蓋許多媒體呈現方式的層面，包括壓縮、編寫和遞送。雖然視訊壓縮和檔案容器定義是 MPEG-4 規格中兩個不同且獨立的個體，但仍有許多人錯誤地認為兩者可以互相交換。您只能實作部分的 MPEG-4 規格，並維持順應標準。
