下載原廠Motorola Milestone Android 2.1-update1 :

100% Flash完成後RSDLite顯示要求Manually Reboot, 而你的Milestone有可能維持 'M' Logo狀態，不要擔心，Reboot一次試試看，仍然不行的話先進入Android Recovery Mode, 選Wipe/Restore Factory Default,再Reboot一次就一定成功。
先安裝Motorola USB Driver(32/64Bit視乎你的Windows), 然後安裝RSDLite 運行,在Milestone先Reboot做Bootloader模式，Filename選以上原廠ROM
Model顯示OMAP3430, 是Milestone的CPU, Status顯示Flashing...，等待Progress到100%
100% Flash完成後RSDLite顯示要求Manually Reboot, 而你的Milestone有可能維持 'M' Logo狀態，不要擔心，Reboot一次試試看，仍然不行的話先進入Android Recovery Mode, 選Wipe/Restore Factory Default,再Reboot一次就一定成功。更
